What is a chart ruler

The chart ruler is the planet that rules your Ascendant sign. It helps describe how your whole chart expresses itself in real life.

Why both systems matter

Traditional rulers show the older backbone of the sign, while modern rulers add another interpretive layer for some signs.

How to use this

Choose your Ascendant, place the rulers in sign and house, add aspects and transits, then generate your report below.
